Unit access
Gate codes and unit numbers go in the notes. Ground floor and elevator units cost nothing extra.
Protected and stacked
Blankets and straps for the furniture, stacked so it comes out the way it went in.

Is this priced by the hour?
No. Fixed price by item, pieces, distance and stairs. It does not change if traffic is bad.
Can you clear out a unit I no longer want?
Yes. If nothing is coming in, that is haul-away, from $145.
