A truck, two pairs of hands and a track record
HandyBuddy Delivery sends local crews to collect big things from stores, Marketplace sellers and storage units, and set them in the room. Some jobs are one pro with a pick-up. Most are two.
Pick-up truck
Open bed, straps and blankets. One pro. Chairs, mattresses, small desks, TV stands, exercise bikes.
Cargo van
Two pros, dolly and straps. Sofas, dressers, dining sets, treadmills, fridges and washers.
Box truck
Two to three pros, liftgate or ramp. Sectionals, pool tables, power racks, sheds and saunas.
Tell us which of the three you run when you apply. You only see offers your vehicle and crew size can take.
You are not buying leads. You are being offered work.
The difference is not the price of a lead. It is that there is no lead. Every offer is a job a customer has already booked, with the price agreed and a card on file.
- Lead sitesYou pay for every lead, answered or not. Here: no lead fees. Offers are booked jobs.
- Lead sitesSeveral crews chase the same job. Here: one crew per job, offered on track record.
- Lead sitesPrice negotiated job by job. Here: fixed payout shown before you accept, stairs and distance already in it.
- Lead sitesNo guarantee the work is real. Here: the customer booked it, saw the whole price and put a card on file.
- Lead sitesYou are a name in a list. Here: you work under your own business name.
From booked request to direct deposit
You stay in control of your schedule, your crew and your customer relationships. Here is the whole flow.
The customer books
They pick the item, both addresses, stairs at each end and a date. The price is fixed before it reaches you. Nothing is left to sell.
You get an exclusive offer
By text and email, one crew at a time. Item, weight bracket, both ends, miles and your payout, all on the offer.
You confirm the window
Accept, then contact the customer directly to lock the arrival window. Accepted offers must be scheduled within 48 hours.
You deliver and get paid
Collect it, bring it inside, place it. Mark the job complete with a photo and your payout follows by direct deposit.
Fixed payouts. One crew per job.
Free to join
No membership fee and no lead fee, ever.
Fixed-price payouts
You see the payout on the offer, before you accept. No renegotiation after.
Exclusive offers
One crew per job. You are not bidding against four other trucks.
Stairs and distance priced
Flights at both ends, mileage brackets and weight are in the customer's price, so they are in your payout.
Haul-aways too
Junk removal offers go to crews with disposal access. Bins or a full load, priced the same way.
Your own brand
You arrive as your company, not as an anonymous contractor.

- Two-person jobsA second pair of hands available for van and box-truck offers.
These requirements protect customers, our brand partners and your own reputation as a trusted crew.
The things crews actually ask
How many offers will I get?
It depends on your area, your vehicle and your track record. We will not promise a number. Offers are matched on coverage, capacity and reliability, so crews who accept, schedule quickly and finish well see more of them.
When do I get paid?
Once the job is complete and closed out with a photo, your payout is issued by direct deposit. Payouts run in batches, and the portal shows the status of every payout you are owed.
What if the customer's stairs were not on the booking?
Stairs at both ends are priced when the customer books, so they are on the offer. If the day looks different from the booking, note it in the portal before you start and we sort the difference with the customer.
Can my crew work the jobs, or only me?
Your crew can work them, under your business name.
Is there a minimum number of jobs I have to take?
No. There is no quota and no penalty for declining. If a job does not suit your week, decline it and the offer moves to the next crew.
Do you take haul-away only crews?
Yes. Tell us you have disposal access when you apply and you will see junk-removal offers.
